Our manufacturing processes combine advanced technology with skilled craftsmanship to produce high-quality special and custom transformers. Every stage of production is carefully controlled to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.
Core Manufacturing
Transformer cores are manufactured from high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel using precision cutting and stacking equipment. Our core manufacturing process ensures low no-load losses, low noise, and high efficiency.
Winding Manufacturing
Our windings are manufactured using automated winding machines with precise tension control. We use high-quality copper or aluminum conductors with appropriate insulation systems. For high-current applications, we use special winding configurations including transposed conductors and multiple parallel windings.
Assembly and Impregnation
After core and winding manufacturing, the transformer is assembled with careful attention to insulation, spacing, and mechanical support. Dry type transformers undergo vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) or vacuum casting for cast resin units, ensuring complete insulation penetration and void-free construction.
Final Testing
Every completed transformer undergoes comprehensive routine testing including winding resistance, voltage ratio, vector group, no-load loss and current, load loss and impedance, insulation resistance, and dielectric tests. Type tests and special tests are performed as required. All test results are documented in a comprehensive test report.
