Our manufacturing base is in Mancheng District, Baoding, Hebei Province. Winding, core assembly, insulation, casting, final assembly and routine testing are carried out on the same site, which keeps design changes and inspection under one roof.
Production Capacity
We build approximately 300 transformers a year across the distribution and special product ranges. Lead time depends on rating and on how far a design departs from a standard build: catalogued distribution units move fastest, while a rectifier or furnace unit with a custom vector group, tap range and cooling arrangement is engineered and scheduled as a project.

Testing Before Dispatch
Every transformer is routine tested before shipment. Our routine test set covers winding resistance, voltage ratio and vector group check, impedance voltage and load loss, no load loss and current, separate source and induced voltage withstand tests, and insulation resistance measurement. Temperature rise and dielectric type tests are arranged where a project specification requires them, and witness testing by the customer or a nominated third party can be scheduled.
OEM and ODM Production
The same line serves OEM and ODM orders. For OEM we work strictly to the drawings and process instructions you supply, including your brand, nameplate layout, documentation format and packing specification. For ODM we take the duty and site conditions and produce the design, the drawings and the test schedule for your approval before manufacture starts.
Site Support
Because we are licensed to install, repair and test power facilities, we can support delivery beyond the factory gate — offloading and positioning, connections, commissioning checks and fault finding. This is the practical reason our own installation teams see how our transformers behave on site, and it feeds back into design.
